Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the construction work going on made it slightly inconvenient to relax in the room, and there was a need for refurbishing and improved cleanliness. On the other hand, the assistance from the staff was exceptional and truly made a difference during my stay.

The staff were friendly and polite, making my stay welcoming, especially for me and my two dogs.
